Same Day Shipping
Any order received before 4:00 PM PAC is shipped the very same day. Orders received after 4:00 PM PAC will be shipped the next business day. If you are placing an order between 4:00 AM PAC - 5:00 PM PAC, and would like to have it shipped the same day, please contact us and we will do our best to ship the order the same day.
For all orders shipping to one of the contiguous 48 states, we are happy to offer free shipping for orders over $ 199.00, and a flat-rate shipping of $6.50 for all other orders.
Because of the high shipping costs, we are not able to offer these discounted shaping rates to customers outside of the contiguous 48 states. However, all other customers have the option of selecting USPS Priority, USPS Parcel Post, or UPS. Note that the prices paid for these services are the actual charges, with no extra handling charges.
For orders placed with free shipping or our standard shipping of $6.50, we ship all packages either by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. We also offer the option of selecting and paying for one of the following delivery services:
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Parcel Post
- UPS 3rd Day
- UPS 2nd Day
- UPS Next Day Air
The costs displayed for all of these delivery services are the actual charges, with no additional fees to cover packaging or handling.
Shipping to Multiple Address
You may place one order, and ship the products to multiple addresses. To do so, select the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" link at the bottom of the shopping cart. For each delivery address, if the total cost of the products being sent to that address is over $ 199, you will see an option for free shipping. For any address where the total of the products being sent to that address is $ 199 or less, and flat-rate shipping option of $6.50 will be displayed.
At this time, because of the high shipping costs, we are not currently shipping to customers outside of the United States.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Before returning any products, please email us at CustomerService@peidso.com
for instructions and a Return Authorization. Please make sure to include your order number in the subject of your email.
Any unopened and unused products may be returned for any reason within thirty days. The products must be in new condition with original, resalable packaging.
For health reasons, any opened products are not returnable. Similarly, any products where the labeling or packaging has been torn in such a way that the products are not resalable are also not returnable.
Upon arrival of the returned products, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products, but not including any shipping charges.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount of the order. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may refuse delivery of the package so that it bounces back to us at no charge to you. Once we received, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid, minus the actual shipping costs.
To exchange an order, the products must be in new, salable condition, as described above. Email us at CustomerService@peidso.com
with your order number for detailed instructions. On exchanges, the customers pays the shipping costs to return the items to us, and we will ship out the new products with no additional shipping fees.
For large or wholesale orders, we charge a 10% restocking fee for returned products. This minimal cost only covers our fees to receive the order and restock the inventory. For questions about possible restocking fees, please contact us before returning your order.
Important: The customer is responsible for products that are lost in the mail when being returned. Therefore, please be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase additional insurance to fully cover the value of the products. The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, but these services can be purchased for a nominal fee.
